Overview
The Network for Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA) is a new association of East African researchers who conduct evaluations of social and economic development programs. The association is housed at the United States International University Africa. During this initial year, NIERA will assess East African policymakers’ demand for impact evaluation, refine its value proposition, recruit staff, and build infrastructure.
