Overview
The Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers is a network of thirty five regional associations that represent more than four thousand foundations. The Forum has done an excellent job of helping regional associations learn from each other and has provided valuable infrastructure support to its members. This grant will allow the Forum to continue to help these regional associations and the foundations they serve to fulfill their philanthropic missions.

United Philanthropy Forum’s mission is to lead, strengthen, and inform a national network of organizations that advance philanthropy’s impact for the common good.It is a unique membership organization for both regional and national philanthropy-serving organizations (PSOs, i.e., infrastructure organizations). Collectively, its 79 members represent 7,000 funding organizations. Their four main strategic goals are: Lead a vibrant network working to deepen philanthropy’s impact; maximize the individual and collective capacity and impact of members; be a trusted source of excellent learning, knowledge, and resources for members; and strengthen the Forum’s capacity and sustainability. This grant supports a research project.
