Overview
Transcend Education supports a network of school communities to create and spread equitable learning environments so that all kids can thrive in and transform the world. This project supports the organization’s ability to learn from and with 13 additional rural districts across the country, share insights and lessons, and elevate community voice. The work is meant to connect and support rural community superintendents and other systems leaders as they launch and sustain innovation to address the decades of lack of investment in rural education and communities. It will result in learning how to support innovation and equity in rural school systems, which can provide insight to other districts and communities. (Substrategy: District Deep Dives and Networks)
