Overview
Led by Tennessee State University, the HBCU Affordable Learning community’s goal is to institutionalize the adoption and effective use of free and open educational resources and services in HBCU campuses. This grant will support HBCUs in collaborative strategic planning and research to inform implementation of Affordable Learning Solutions programs at their institutions. The approach will develop sustainable HBCU-centered organizational capacity to create, disseminate, and adopt culturally contextualized OER and related practices for HBCUs and the broader higher education community.
