This grant will support the consolidation of a Mexican organization that provides technical support to civil society organizations on improving their use of the internet to engage the public, and on using software to improve organizational performance. The technical training programs are based on an Argentine organization, Wingu. The Mexican organization will work closely with at least five organizations for deeper assistance, while also attending to demand for one-time projects as they arise.
