Overview
This work will document the relationship between diversity among finance professionals and the ability to effectively mobilize sustainable finance. It will identify the current demographic landscape within sustainable finance and climate change mitigation finance careers; where the gaps are greatest; where the human capital to fill these gaps exists; and in which fields, at what levels of diversification, would the finance sector most effectively and/or quickly mobilize toward climate change mitigation.
