The Stuart Foundation is a nonprofit that supports education systems in California and Washington. With this grant, it will seek to create a learning community for policy and advocacy organizations in California that can collaborate to ensure effective implementation of the new Local Control Funding Formula. This work will solidify partnerships among California grantees that are working to strengthen the state’s new accountability and funding system.
