Overview
GeoSpatial Services is an independent, self-funded project center for student research and learning within Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota — a private university with an undergraduate campus in the city of Winona, Minnesota. This grant will support GeoSpatial Services’ research to map permanent waters and wetlands connectivity and protections under various interpretations of the law, with the intent of enhancing public and scientific understanding of the ecological functions and societal values associated with wetlands and other surface waters.
