Overview
This grant will support the development of a monitoring, evaluation and learning program for the organization. In addition to helping the organization develop a more cohesive theory of action, the consultant will assist in developing systems that allow the organization to more systematically draw lessons from the successes and failures in their work. The consultant will also assist in ensuring there are good practices in place to utilize the learning from these experiences to improve operations in the future.
