Grants to this Grantee
for support of the Santa Clara County Opportunity Youth Partnership
This grant will support the Santa Clara County Opportunity Youth Partnership and its goal to reduce by half the number of disengaged youths in Santa Clara County by 2029. The partnership between the Santa Clara County Office of Education, United Way Bay Area, and Kids in Common (a program of Planned Parenthood Mar Monte) exists to weave education, workforce development, and support services into a widely accessible reengagement system for youths. Through the partnership, a desired goal by 2021 is to build a physical Opportunity Center that will provide services and tools for youths and young adults to go back to school.
