OF/BY/FOR ALL is a nonprofit startup that helps civic and cultural organizations listen to and engage communities, so that beneficiaries have a voice in shaping organizational priorities, programming and policies. Launched in 2018, OF/BY/FOR ALL’s methodology was originally piloted through the OF/BY/FOR ALL Change Network, a diverse cohort of 47 Bay Area, national, and international organizations committed to involving new communities in their work.
