OF/BY/FOR ALL

OF/BY/FOR ALL is a training organization that equips civic and cultural organizations to become of, by, and for their communities. The organization provides tools, a learning community, accountability, and coaching on equitable community inclusion and engagement. Through online, cohort-based learning and coaching, the organization serves San Francisco Bay Area, national, and international organizations, and by extension, their communities. The organization typically trains about 40 organizations per year.

OF/BY/FOR ALL is a nonprofit startup that helps civic and cultural organizations listen to and engage communities, so that beneficiaries have a voice in shaping organizational priorities, programming and policies. Launched in 2018, OF/BY/FOR ALL’s methodology was originally piloted through the OF/BY/FOR ALL Change Network, a diverse cohort of 47 Bay Area, national, and international organizations committed to involving new communities in their work.
