The Moving Forward Network, housed at Occidental College, is a national network of over 50 organizations committed to a clean freight transportation system. This two-year grant will enable the Network to advance zero-emission road freight in several states, and at the national level, by providing members with technical and economic information, communications strategies, and programmatic campaign advice.
