Overview
Founded in 2010, the No Labels Foundation represents "a growing citizens' movement of Democrats, Republicans, and independents dedicated to promoting a new politics of problem solving." No Labels works at two levels. In Washington, it is assembling a scrupulously bipartisan coalition of members of Congress to foster dialog and relationship-building across the parties and to develop bipartisan legislation and proposed process and rules changes for Congress. At the same time, No Labels works across the country to enlist citizens at the state and local level to demand improved problem-solving on the part of their representatives. This organizational effectiveness grant would support No Labels to bring in a public speaking coach to improve skills of staff who are frequently tasked with public engagement.
