Founded in 2010, the No Labels Foundation represents "a growing citizens’ movement of Democrats, Republicans, and independents dedicated to promoting a new politics of problem solving." No Labels works at two levels. In Washington, it is assembling a scrupulously bipartisan coalition of national leaders to foster dialogue and relationship building across the parties and to develop bipartisan legislation and proposed process and rules changes for Congress. At the same time, No Labels works across the country to enlist citizens at the state and local levels to demand improved problem solving on the part of their representatives. This grant would support No Labels as it expands its capacity and bolsters citizen outreach.
