New Teacher Center

The mission of the New Teacher Center is to improve student learning by accelerating the effectiveness of new teachers, experienced teachers, and school leaders. The center, which provides educators with support and resources, has developed a series of results-oriented programs that align with district learning goals and address teacher induction, instructional coaching, and school leadership development. The programs will support the growth and implementation of an English language learner action plan and the creation of a California hub of practice to advance English language acquisition and literacy.
