The New Hampshire Learning Initiative serves as a catalyst for innovation in education in the state. The Initiative will coordinate the development of a New Hampshire School Accountability System to be included in a state plan required under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act. Strong state models for supporting deeper learning student outcomes through accountability systems will improve student success locally and the understanding and capacity of decision makers to adopt similar reforms in their own states.
