Overview
This grant will help the National Health Law Program protect laws and policies that give women access to reproductive health care, with a particular focus on ensuring that the full range of reproductive health services, including abortion, are well integrated into comprehensive public and private health care coverage and delivery systems. The National Health Law Program provides coalitions serving vulnerable populations with reliable, high-quality legal and regulatory support; provides advocates with timely access to analyses of legislation, regulatory, and subregulatory policy developments; and engages in litigation to protect and enforce laws relating to low-income women’s reproductive health services.
