MITRE is a not-for-profit research organization, chartered to work in the public interest, which tackles challenges to the safety, stability, and well-being of the United States. A grant to MITRE will enable it to scope out and assess a potentially larger project to measure and create a publicly accessible database about the state of diversity in the cyber policy field (to inform interventions aimed at diversifying the field).
