Overview
Maycomb Outcomes LLC is the management company of Maycomb Capital, a pioneering impact investing platform. This grant will support the startup costs of a pilot fund to be managed by Maycomb Outcomes LLC, the purposes of which are to (a) support open educational resources nonprofit curriculum developers to more sustainably fund their work, while maintaining their mission focus on improving educational outcomes for all students, especially students who are Black, Latinx, English learners, or are affected by poverty, and (b) serve as a demonstration project on the viability and impact of this type of financing for curriculum development organizations.
