Journey for Justice Alliance (J4J) is a coalition of grassroots community, youth, and parent-led organizations fiscally sponsored by Kenwood Oakland Community Organization. J4J has a presence in over 30 cities across the country and growing. The organization works to ensure a high-quality education for all students regardless of race, social class, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, language, ability, or immigration status. This grant will support J4J’s Equity or Else Campaign, which advances community schools across the country. (Substrategy: Student and Community Voice)
