Overview
InnerCity Struggle’s mission is to promote healthy, safe and nonviolent communities on the Eastside of Los Angeles. Their core strategy is development of youth and parent leadership and strategic community partnerships on initiatives transforming public education to meet the learning needs of struggling families so more youth graduate and access college and career opportunities. This grant will support phase two of their strategic planning work, seeking to create specific measures of success and strategies for their five strategic direction areas and three foundational tactics identified in the first phase of the strategic planning process.
