Overview
HelpArgentina will serve as fiscal sponsor for Wingu, a nonprofit organization that provides basic technology services to civil society organizations. Given high demand for these services among transparency advocates and other civil society organizations in Mexico, this grant would provide funding for Wingu to replicate their model in Mexico. The support will permit them to open an office in Mexico City and train local technicians in their approach.
