Overview
Global Youth Action Network, as fiscal sponsor for Collaborative Impact Foundation, will help to develop and manage cross-sector and multi-stakeholder partnerships—including New Pedagogies for Deep Learning (NPDL)—that address major social and developmental challenges. NPDL aims to develop an international model for implementing and diffusing deeper learning and system change that advances all learners’ capacity to flourish in a complex world. The program will include development of a white paper that articulates how the "macro" (policies) and the "micro" (implementation) combine to facilitate this change. This organization’s work will provide valuable models and lessons learned regarding the improvement of teaching practices to strengthen deeper learning.
