Global Integrity

For Staff Development

Overview
With this organizational effectiveness support, Global Integrity (GI) would seek consulting assistance to develop an organization-wide set of in-house consulting skills and techniques. GI presently supports the work of several other organizations in the transparency and accountability community, providing professional-level technology and methodology support services to groups that conduct fieldwork and collect data in multiple locations globally. In order to provide these services more effectively, GI intends to build the skill set of select staff in best practices for designing, executing, and monitoring those support-type relationships. By professionalizing their own consulting-type assistance, GI may better support partner organizations to increase their impact and effectiveness, while at the same time the practice will open the door to potential sources of earned revenue for GI, helping to further their goal of becoming more self-sustainable in the future.
