Margie Alt, Executive Director for Environment America, has been selected to participate in the Rockwood Fellowship's yearlong leadership training. She is requesting that we assist with the costs of the program and has managed to fundraise $10,000 of the total $15,000, to cover the tuition, room, board and travel costs.
The Rockwood Leadership Institute specializes in delivering the best practices and methodologies in leadership development to the nonprofit community and offers a variety of programs. This one in particular has been created for senior executive leaders by invitation only. It is designed to create a shift in the participant's capacity to both lead their organizations and networks effectively and to collaborate across the boundaries of issue area, political and organizing orientation, geography and background.
