Overview
Emerging Public Leaders selects and trains public service fellows to provide a competitive, meritocratic pathway for talented recent university graduates to enter the civil service at the federal level. Building on its established fellowship programs in Liberia and Ghana, this grant will support its expansion into Kenya in partnership with Emerging Leaders Foundation - Africa and Kenya’s Public Service Commission.
