With this proposed grant, El Poder del Consumidor, a consumer education and advocacy organization working to improve Mexico’s environment, would continue building public support for public transportation and clean air policies. During this period, El Poder will concentrate on adoption of new ozone and particulate standards for Mexico and implementation of bus rapid transit in Mexico State.
