for expanding civic online reasoning supports across the curriculum
The Digital Education Project — operating as the Digital Inquiry Group (DIG) — is a nonprofit organization working to strengthen democracy by preparing young people to make sense of the past and to navigate our digital present. This grant supports a two-year project to (a) develop digital literacy curriculum materials for use in core academic subjects; (b) test their efficacy in middle school, high school, and college classrooms; (c) disseminate and publicize these educational materials; and (d) provide instructors with professional development for implementing them in classrooms.
