For Support Of The United Nations Group Of Government Experts (GGE) Report Commentary Process

Overview
This grant to the Estonia-based Cyber Policy Institute Foundation will support the United Nations Group of Government Experts (UN GGE) report commentary process by allowing for three to four consultations with international cyber scholars. The objectives of the consultations are (a) to understand how different audiences receive or may perceive the Russian interpretation (by Moscow State University) of the recommendations in paragraph 13 of the 2015 UN GGE report, and (b) to prepare and provide a careful, detailed counter narrative that clarifies the like-minded views and reasoning on the same issue.
