Overview
Connecticut College will assemble a team of students and scholars to develop OER for a diverse group of educators who wish to help their students learn about the neurobiology of learning and stress, approaches to self-regulation, and strategies to cultivate resilience. While these resources will be aimed at faculty and staff in higher education, they also will be relevant to K-12 educators, particularly those in middle and high schools. This approach holds the potential to create learning environments that address the holistic needs of students, thereby promoting radical inclusion, fostering a sense of belonging, and advancing equity in education.
