The Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC) is a 44-year-old non-profit organization that supports member Tribes by implementing a Tribal salmon restoration plan, Wy-Kan-Ush-Mi Wa-Kish-Wit (Spirit of the Salmon). CRITFC provides technical capacity, policy, and legal expertise to member Tribes; outreach and education to the general public; and direct services to Tribal fishing communities who live seasonally and year-round on the mainstem Columbia River. This grant is for fundraising capacity. (Western Conservation Sub-Strategy: Building the Conditions for Enduring Conservation)
