Overview
CICODEV is a Senegalese nongovernmental organization that educates consumers and builds the capacity of citizen groups to better understand and influence public policies related to the provision of basic services. Through this supplemental grant, CICODEV will continue to expand its citizen observatories project, which seeks to raise awareness and train citizens to better understand their rights under the government of Senegal’s universal health policy, and to exercise oversight of health facilities.
