Overview
The Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) is a Sri Lankan think tank promoting a better understanding of poverty-related development issues. CEPA is an active partner of Southern Voice, a network of think tanks from Africa, Asia, and Latin America working on the Sustainable Development Goals. This grant will allow CEPA to contribute operational support and communications capacity to the Southern Voice network.

The Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) is a Sri Lankan think tank focused on issues related to poverty and development. CEPA is a member organization of Southern Voice, a network of think tanks from Africa, South Asia, and Latin America working to inform the planning, implementation, and measurement of the Sustainable Development Goals. After Southern Voice’s two-year start-up phase, this grant will allow CEPA to manage a strategic planning process for Southern Voice with the goals of formalizing membership and governance of the network, and agreeing on strategic priorities going forward.
