Overview
The Center for Interfaith Action on Global Poverty (CIFA) has strong networks, a successful track record and the capability to engage religious leaders to promote positive behavior change because of a successful blend of religious, development and private sector experience. With this planning grant, CIFA will build upon desk research to engage key leaders in Senegal across the faith, government, NGO and policy communities to access their receptivity to interfaith action and partnership on the issue of healthy timing and spacing of births and to establish concrete steps for setting up a pilot program in that country.
