Overview
This grant will support the Cato Institute to host a Defense and Foreign Policy virtual workshop entitled The Drivers of Cyber Strategy: Restraint, Persistence, and Diversity. This three-day workshop will bring together a diverse set of experts to develop current thinking about cyber strategy, and help to remove silos in cyber strategy and policy, bringing disputes and contentious views out into the open for discussion and engagement.
