Overview
Care Lab’s mission is to bring people and ideas together, across divides, to create a more care-centered world. In response to the crises of polarization, declining trust in democracy, and increased political and hate-motivated violence, Care Lab works directly with leaders who have the power to shape institutions, model behavior, and help retrofit democracy for the 21st century. For example, Care Lab’s signature Three Dinners program launches networks of leaders by offering training in conflict management, bridging, and stress management, plus safe spaces to build relationships.
