Overview
CALSTART works with the automotive industry and key policymakers to advance clean transportation solutions in all road-vehicle segments. Their theory of change is centered on technology and policy advocacy. They also serve as an administrator for several clean transportation programs funded by the state of California. CALSTART serves as the secretariat for the Global Commercial Vehicle Drive to Zero program, which will coordinate several global policy efforts for zero-emission freight. This year they plan to expand this program in Europe, China, and India.
