This Serving Bay Area Communities grant supports EdInsights to bring to California the Institute for Educational Leadership’s "Education Policy Fellowship Program" (EPFP)—a professional development program focused on strengthening policy knowledge, leadership skills, and networking for annual cohorts. Professional development and networking tailored to the needs of the state and focused on women and minority leaders will help increase the diversity of leaders addressing the relationship between K-12 schooling for students and their postsecondary success.
