Grants to this Grantee
for the creation of a strategic Open City plan
The Laboratorio para la Ciudad (Labplc) is an office of civic innovation that sits within Mexico City’s Agency of Urban Management. This grant would allow the Labplc to develop an Open Government strategy for Mexico City—including open processes, data-driven policy, government responsiveness, and the development of a 2020 Open Government vision, towards an Open City. This grant would support a pilot of civic participation programs within the government agencies as well as a capacity-building program for city public servants.
