David Hewlett

Board member since 2023 and grandson of William and Flora Hewlett. Greenbrae, Calif.

David is an entrepreneur focused on a wide range of technology businesses. Currently, he is the owner and CEO of SmartLabels, a company combining QR codes and mobile app technology for consumer-based inventory management. Previously, David built his career in tech marketing at Google, YouTube, and Ustream, an IBM Company.

David received his degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Babson College, where he was selected as a finalist for their coveted Entrepreneur in Training program. David is also a member of the Flora Family Foundation and chairs their Marine Conservation Initiative program. He enjoys writing songs on his guitar and cooking up new tasty dishes for his friends and family.
