Overview
The mission of the Women’s Congressional Policy Institute (WCPI) is to bring together women policymakers to advance issues of importance to women, develop the next generation of women leaders, and foster a more effective and representative democracy. WCPI works closely with the bipartisan Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues, which includes every woman member of Congress, and sponsors programs to complement its work and build personal relationships among members. It sponsors a bicameral, bipartisan group of women chiefs of staff and committee staff directors, and a congressional fellowship program to build a new generation of young women leaders in public service.
