Overview
An organizational effectiveness grant to Women’s Action for New Directions (WAND) would provide funds for a consultant to assist WAND’s leadership prepare for a management transition and strategic refresh. Specifically, a coach will help WAND’s Senior Leadership develop a strategic plan to refocus their program, respond to changes and trends in the peace and security field, and strengthen their governance.
