Policymakers and the public often lack the scientific knowledge necessary to make decisions that will adequately protect wildlife on public lands. This grant would support the Wildlife Conservation Society’s work to document what lands in the Northern Rockies need to be protected for wildlife to move from summer to winter range, and to understand how human-caused noise can adversely affect wildlife movements.
