For A Study On Contraception In Community Colleges In Texas And California

This grant will support a research project to assess the effectiveness of an intervention to improve access to contraceptive services for young women attending community college in Texas. The project will explore how access to contraceptive services and prevention ofunintended pregnancy can strengthen young women’s confidence in achieving their educational and career aspirations and support them to on-time degree completion and successful entry into the paid labor force.
