Overview
The Tulsa Community Foundation is hosting the "True North Fund," a $60 million funder collaborative organized by the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation. This proposed contribution from the Hewlett Foundation would support the expansion of several evidence-based youth development programs in California’s Bay Area and Central Valley. For example, these funds would help launch a Fresno site for the Center for Employment Opportunities, which runs a proven program for youth recently released from prison.
