for increasing union engagement in federal clean energy standard (CES) discussions
This grant will support a stakeholder dialogue between climate advocates and key industrial labor unions to develop consensus policies around clean electricity. Further, the grant will support research, analysis, and convenings around clean energy policy, the economic transition away from high-emitting sources of electricity, and opportunities for workers and communities in the new clean energy economy.
for general operating support
Third Way Institute supports charitable and educational activities that advance moderate solutions to major economic, national security, energy and social policy issues. It tries to create space in the political center by providing thought leaders with policy ideas and political strategies that represent Americans in the middle.
