Overview
The Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP) is a sportsmen's organization that represents the more conservative wing of the sporting community. It is a partner with Trout Unlimited and National Wildlife Federation in a coalition the foundation supports to reduce the impacts of fossil energy development on public lands in the West. TRCP has just hired a new executive director who is intent on revitalizing the organization. One part of that revitalization is creating a new strategic plan. This organizational effectiveness grant will provide TRCP with the funds necessary to hire a consultant who will help them prepare the plan.
