Overview
Situated on 23 acres less than an hour north of New York City, and soon in spaces in Brooklyn and Puerto Rico, the Action Lab is both a physical home for builders, creators, campaigners, organizers, and leaders — and a community anchored in relationship, rigor, and solidarity. It functions as a sanctuary for strategy, and fosters cross-discipline, cross-movement spaces to lift out of the immediate, imagine the way decades into the future, expand the conception of what’s possible, and build the collective muscle and connections to drive towards that vision. Its work is united by a focus on catalyzing and supporting work that will serve as the foundation of a new economy, one that upends the neoliberalism embedded in laws, regulations, workplaces, and even culture.
