Swaniti steps in to address the implementation gap as “technical advisors” or support centers, working to turn will into action and resolve governance issues. Swaniti also provides knowledge support by conducting on-the-ground assessment about the current state of program delivery, brings in technical experts and civil society partners to bridge prospective gaps, and provides personnel support to unlock government funding and ensure delivery of programs.
